On Friday 16th July, Year 1 spent a glorious sunny day at RHS Bridgewater. They learned about the various plants and enjoyed drawing, visiting the chickens & pigs and playing in the Woodland Play Area.

Sports Days 2021
This week, all our children have taken part in their Year Group Sports days.
Our teams this year were: Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, France, Argentina and Brazil. Our sports coaches are now calculating how many points each team scored across all the year groups.
The winning team will be awarded our Sports Day Trophy in our assemblies next week!

Year 6 Leavers’ Celebration
Tonight we held our Year 6 Leavers’ celebration. The children all had a fantastic time and it was so lovely all being together, having fun. We would like to say a big thank you to all the children; we really are so proud of you.
Travelling By Tuba
It was wonderful to have Chris and Stewart (Travelling By Tuba) visit our school once again to entertain all our children with their lively and informative show.

Children’s University Graduation 2021
We are very pleased to announce that this year 57 children in Year 5 and Year 6 graduated with Gold and Silver awards with The Children’s University.
These awards recognise and reward our children’s hard work and commitment in taking part in additional learning, beyond the normal curriculum, whether at home or in school and their commitment to their online learning.

Year 2 Visit to RHS Bridgewater
On Monday 28th June, Year 2 visited RHS Bridgewater, as part of their Science Topic on Plants. We enjoyed a lovely sunny day in all the different garden areas, visited the pigs and chickens, enjoyed the Woodland Play Area and took part in a lesson and planting activity with the RHS Education Staff.
