On Thursday, Miss Fisher’s class presented their assembly about what life was like for children during Victorian Times.
All the children joined in, speaking clearly and singing with great gusto!
Well done to all 3AF and thank you to all the parents and family members who attend the assembly and class activities afterwards. Your support is very much appreciated.

RHS Activities in School with Year 3
We are very pleased to have been chosen as a pilot school for RHS Bridgewater’s new programme – National Education Nature Parks. On Friday, Simon and Holly from RHS came into school to complete some of their new ‘trial activities’ with our Year 3 children.
We utilised our Forest School area for their excellent ‘mapping’ activty then spent some time in the school playground/fields identifying the nature around us. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the day and were able to further develop their Science and Geography skills.

Sale Sharks ‘Festival of Rugby’ 2023
On Wednesday, some of our Year 5 children attended the AO Sale Sharks Festival of Rugby at Carrington Training Centre. These children had previously taken part in a tag rugby course in school, focussing on physical fitness as well as general well-being.
Our children thoroughly enjoyed playing their rugby matches against other primary school teams, alongside other activities and were even able to meet some of the Sale Sharks rugby players.
